Jessica Schidlow, Esq.
Jessica Schidlow, Esq., is a children’s rights law and policy expert and the Legal Director at CHILD USA, a non-profit interdisciplinary think-tank dedicated to child protection and access to justice for victims. She is a legislative advocate and works with lawmakers at the state and federal levels to craft laws that enhance child safety. She has testified before Congress about safeguarding youth from online abuse and exploitation and the importance of tech regulation and accountability. She previously represented children in juvenile dependency court and continues to take on cases pro-bono. Jessica is also a master’s level mental health clinician and worked with victims of sexual abuse as an outpatient child and family-based therapist.
