Dr. Montalvo-Liendo is an Associate Professor at the College of Nursing-Texas A&M Health Science Center.
She connects research to practice and maintains an active clinical practice in a shelter on the Texas–Mexico border. Her professional career has been and continues to be focused on vulnerable populations, interrupting intergenerational violence, and improving the lives of women and children who have been impacted by domestic violence.
