Betsy Goulet graduated in 2014 and is a member of the 2009 cohort. Dr. Goulet is a Clinical Assistant Professor in Public Administration and coordinates the Child Advocacy Studies (CAST) certificate, an interdepartmental program housed in the MPA program. Dr. Goulet has worked in the child protection/child welfare field for over 30 years. She is currently the PI for the DCFS partnership that launched the Child Protection Training Academy here on the UIS campus. Dr. Goulet is currently researching best practices in child protection training.
